For Diploma and Certificate Courses, we have three intakes in the academic year for you to choose from; i.e. January, May, and September. Each intake might have a different set of programs offered.
For Short Certificate Courses, intakes are Bi-monthly, i.e. (January, March, May, July, September, and November)

Minimum Requirements:
Diploma Programs
- O-Level Certificate
- At least one Principal pass at A-level and two subsidiaries, or
- A certificate in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
Certificate Programs
- O-level certificate with at least 5 passes English inclusive
Your Application will be processed upon submission of the following to our office:
- Photocopies of all educational certificates and relevant academic documents.
- A copy of the receipt of application fees; UGX 50,000/= (for Diploma & Certificate Courses) UGX 30,000/= (Short Courses); this is non-refundable
- Three (3) Passport size photographs
- A copy of a Valid Identity Card (National, Passport, or former School ID preferred)
