Digital Literacy for All Project


Digital Literacy for all is a project aimed at promoting digital inclusiveness within our communities of service. Working with a host of partners, we have so far implemented a series of activities under this project, and these include:


  • June – July 2019: In partnership with Tullow Oil Uganda, through the Tullow Group Alumni Association (TGSS), we have conducted training for 63 primary school teachers in digital skills for teaching and learning, under the train the trainer model to enable pass on the skills acquired to their respective primary school pupils.  The activity was carried out in 4 schools of Buliisa primary School(Buliisa District),  Kaiso primary school (Hoima District), Kyehoro primary school (Hoima District), and Ndandamirie primary school (Buliisa District) within Uganda’s Albertine Graben.

Digital Agro-VCM


Digital Agro Value Chain Management (Agro-VCM) is a project working on the development of a mobile-based application that enables easy interaction between agricultural value chain sector players i.e. Farmers, Agro-Input Suppliers, Agricultural financiers, Collection Centers and Agricultural Produce Consumers/processors to interact together, thereby facilitating easy marketing and trade amongst themselves by facilitating the way different stakeholders interact and access information about the agro-trade cycle.
