Billbrain Institute of Technology is determined to inspire excellence and transforming lives, having started as a service and professional learning centre (PLC), with robust professional short courses to enhance skills in the marketplace, but has since fully incorporated as a fully-fledged Institute under the laws of Uganda to offer full academic programs responsive to market needs.
In the wake of a digital age of globalization and modernization, where Technology is at the forefront of technological advancement in every sector and field to support the economic and social development of nations, the necessity and relevance of technology cannot be over-emphasised.
It is in light of that that, with technology mainstreamed into all our courses, Billbrain Institute of Technology seeks to address labour market needs of the sector, as well generating entrepreneurs to spur the economic and social development of Uganda, and the region at large through training of highly skilled graduates to man Technological and business enterprise development for the region, into the fourth industrial revolution (4IR).
To achieve this, Billbrain Institute of Technology emphasizes and conducts a practical approach to learning, with research and Technology transfer in partnership with notable companies and institutions. The significant number of synergies and collaborations obtained so far are highly valued to us, and we continuously seek more in our bid to achieve our objective of a transformed society through leveraging technology.
In the extremely competitive global environment of academia, Billbrain Institute of Technology with its qualified academic staff aims at attracting excellent students from within and outside Uganda, and transform them into fully accomplished, all-round, highly competitive, employable graduates.
We welcome stakeholders from academia in technology, scientific, and engineering fields, business, industry, and the community at large to collaborate with us in education and research activities to help us accomplish our goal. We also welcome partnerships from National, International, and start-up firms to offer placement of our brilliant students so as to enhance their industry skills and exposure.
As the Institute grows from strength to strength toward academic excellence, my confidence is enormous that Billbrain Institute of Technology is a promising vibrant Educational Institution, that will spur research, innovation, and technological advancement in Uganda, and the region, and am greatly honoured to have the opportunity to contribute and steer the wheel on this great journey.
