At Billbrain Institute of Technology, we offer the three (3) categories of Certificate Programmes, these include Higher Education Certificate Programmes, UBTEB, and DIT Programme Courses.

HEC Certificate Courses

Did you sit A’Level examinations, but fell short of the points required to admit you into the course of your dreams? You can still pursue your desired Course through acquiring our NCHE certified Higher Education Certificate (HEC).

The HEC programme is a one-year program that comprises of various courses that covers a range of topics including, Information Technology, business management, Humanities.

UBTEB / DIT Certificate Courses

 The Uganda Business and Technical Examinations Board (UBTEB), and Directorate of Industrial Training (DIT) are assessment bodies aimed at uplifting vocational skills and promoting employable skills respectively.
