Academic Calendar
Billbrain Institute of Technology runs 3 intakes per in a year; that is:
- January Intake,
- May Intake, and
- September Intake
Each Semester runs for 4 Months.
Students in their 2nd year of study are each required to undertake an internship for 2 months.

Key to Note:
- The Institute reserves the right to make changes to these dates without prior notification.
- The application window is open through the year, but registration is set to one month to and after the onset of each of our scheduled semesters. Please note that the number of admissions per course is limited, and registration is done on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- During the New Normal learning per course is blended to include both physical classes at the Institute and online delivery through Zoom (Class links for each course will be issued to students on the on-set of the semester)
- More specific programme dates such as graduation will be evaluated and announced accordingly towards the end of each Academic Year.
