Beginner Level

(Project Fundamentals & Planning Basics)

What You Will Learn

  • Introduction to project management principles and terminology

  • Project life cycle and key phases

  • Defining goals, objectives, and scope

  • Work breakdown structure (WBS) and activity planning

  • Identifying stakeholders and roles

  • Basics of Gantt charts and timelines using Excel

Intermediate Level

(Execution, Monitoring & Risk Management)

  • Risk identification, assessment, and mitigation planning

  • Monitoring & Evaluation linkages in project management

  • Using MS Project, Trello, or other PM tools for tracking progress

  • Stakeholder communication and reporting

Prerequisites

Completion of Beginner Level or equivalent experience in project-based roles


Advanced Level

(Strategic Project Management & Impact Delivery)
